Pakedge to exhibit new solutions at CEDIA US 2012
Pakedge will be introducing an all-new family of ultra-high-power macrocell wireless access points that offer configuration options and performance. They’re optimised for use with smartphones, tablets, laptops and other home control devices and include built-in software that takes an entirely new approach to overcoming wireless interference for maximum range and throughput.
The Pakedge BakPak IOS app enables an iPad or iPhone to configure and control Pakedge products. It’s a convenient new tool for configuring customers’ systems and storing and backing up customer data – all from a remote location.
The S24H 24-Port Gigabit Switch with PoE+ Capability is ideal for powering AV devices that require the high-power PoE+ standard. Designed specifically for custom installation and AV bridging (AVB), the S24H is ideal for use with HDMI-over-IP transmitters, wireless access points, HD IP cameras and other devices that require PoE+ operation and gigabit Ethernet connectivity.

Pakedge’s Virtual Cell Technology enables multiple wireless access points (WAP) in a large installation to function as a single ‘virtual’ wireless access point and enable seamless Wi-Fi roaming and data transmission. At CEDIA 2012, the company will showcase the benefits this technology provides for custom installation, smart home, residential and commercial applications.
Pakedge will be at Booth 3365, Indiana Convention Center, Indianapolis from Thursday, 6 September – Saturday, 8 September, 2012. You may also schedule an appointment to visit the booth.
