Redback 4x8 audio switcher

Redback has introduced its 4x8 audio switcher, designed to meet the demands of today’s complex installations.

This very versatile, cost effective, PA/BGM control system is suitable for installation in clubs, pubs, gyms, etc. In total there are 15 inputs - one emergency paging input, one alert/evacuation input, one zone paging input, eight local inputs and four auxiliary inputs.

The four auxiliary inputs are switched and controlled via the front panel. Each input has volume, treble and bass controls, plus a signal presence indicator. Volume controls are provided for each output. Each auxiliary input consists of dual RCA connectors with sensitivity adjustable from 0.3 to 0.7V. Closing contacts activate alert/evacuation signal. All 8 outputs consist of 3-pin balanced line level XLRs.
