Designed with kitchen appliances in mind, the new stainless steel Hydra is finely crafted to match coordinated high-end refrigerators and cooking surfaces. Its stainless steel bezel is finished with a fine, vertically brushed stainless steel to duplicate luxury brand appliances.
“The new stainless steel option for Hydra is a direct result of customer feedback,” says Séura co-founder and president Tim Gilbertson.
“Homeowners requested a stainless steel option that would coordinate with their kitchen appliances. We’re pleased to offer this solution.”
No need to design complicated cabinetry and mounting systems for kitchens. Hydra’s in-wall design installs flush with the wall for a smooth, well-integrated appearance. The non-obtrusive design is conveniently out of the way to maximise work surface areas.
Hydra is entirely waterproof and a complete solution, making home integration a breeze. In-demand features include RS-232, HDMI input, and Discrete IR control. Designed to work seamlessly with systems like those manufactured by Savant, Crestron, AMX, and Control 4, Hydra is an easy addition to the typical whole-home AV project.
Séura has also made improvements to the custom colour process. With the Chroma Color Matching System, Hydra is available in more than 800 colour options to match the most distinguished interior colour palette. The Chroma Color Matching System also allows the Hydra to be matched to paint chips used by major paint manufacturers such as Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore.
