Sharp XL-BD601PH micro audio unit

Sharp Corporation of Australia understands consumer’s passion for music and is pleased to announce the release of the XL-BD601PH micro audio unit.

Sharp Corporation Australia national marketing manager Mark Beard says that “the ability to play 3D Blu-ray discs together with the DTS and Dolby decoders ensure consumers get the most out of the XL-BD601PH by offering high quality surround sound that everyone can enjoy.”

“This unit continues to offer excellent sound quality through a range of connectivity options spanning from iPhone 4, iPad, iPod and MP3 players through to the HDMI output with 1080p upscaling”, adds Mark.

Thanks to the 2-way speaker with dome tweeter, the XL-BD601PH produces a total of 100W RMS output power to make sure everyone can enjoy high quality entertainment at home.

For convenience of use, clock, timer and sleep functions are also in built whilst the XL-BD601PH comes complete with a separate iPad stand for added convenience, notably when watching movies.

Available in a stylish black piano finish XL-BD601PH is designed to complement either traditional or contemporary settings. The main unit is 215mm (wide) x 96mm (high) x 335mm (deep), while the speaker is 148mm x 262mm x 203.5mm, making this model the perfect fit for bookcases, wall units, desk tops or cabinets.

The Sharp XL-BD601PH micro audio system will be available November from all leading electrical retailers.
