Whatmough Reference Green, Blue and Red RCA connectors

Whatmough Loudspeakers has launched a range of interconnect cables under the Whatmough Reference brand to suit audio and home theatre applications.

The new cables are a colour-coded trio – Reference Green, Blue and Red – which are terminated with Teflon-insulated 24K gold-plated RCA connectors.

The cables are multi-stranded designs (29, 132 and 154 strands respectively) and all models include heavy copper braid and foil shielding for signal protection against RF and other electromagnetic interference.

The range-topping Reference Red uses single crystal OCC copper conductors while the Green and Blue use high purity OFC (oxygen free copper).

Reference Green, Blue and Red are priced at $79, $129 and $249 respectively. All Reference cables are available in a single cable subwoofer version.
